How PrintGo handles your information.

Draft — under review

Your documents stay temporary

Files are deleted after successful printing or 24 hours after upload, whichever comes first.

  1. 1. Information you provide

Your name and email support your account. Uploaded documents and print settings are used to prepare your print jobs.

  2. 2. Private storage

Documents are stored on a private disk and are never published at a public URL.

  3. 3. Retention and deletion

Each upload has a fixed expiry of 24 hours. Views, payments and retries never extend it. When a print succeeds, access is revoked and the file is deleted sooner.

  4. 4. Payments and print history

Card data is handled by the payment provider. Transaction records may remain after your files are deleted. These records do not include document contents.

  5. 5. Kiosk screens

The kiosk home screen and idle QR status never show your personal documents.

  6. 6. Camera and location

The app uses the camera only to scan kiosk QR codes. If you allow it, your location is used on your device to show nearby kiosks and distances. It is not sent to PrintGo or stored.

  7. 7. Support messages

Messages you send to support are stored as support requests, linked to your account when you are signed in.
